Today was not only the Hinamatsuri (Doll Festival) but also the farewell party for our lab. 

And what screams Hinamatsuri? Sushi, of course!

Our graduates, who are literally scattering across Japan from Tokyo to a certain island after graduation, I hope they’ll always remember the taste of Aomori's seafood.
