In July 2024, Moyu Miyamae, a first-year doctoral student, and Kotaro Tanaka, a sixth-year undergraduate, presented their research at the 3rd Joint Conference on Environmental Chemicals held in Hiroshima!

This joint conference, a collaboration between the Japanese Society of Environmental Chemistry and the Japanese Society of Environmental Toxicology, gathers researchers working on environmental pollutants in Japan. It's also one of the conferences our lab attends every year.

This year, the dates overlapped with the Japanese Society of Toxicology meeting, so Takeda dropped off the two on the first day and then headed to the toxicology conference…

Amazingly, both of them won Excellent Presentation Awards!
