At the Annual Meeting of 50th Japanese Society of Toxicology, Dr. Takeda Gave an Invited Lecture

At the 50th Japanese Society of Toxicology Annual Meeting held from June 19th to 21st, 2023, at Pacifico Yokohama, Lecturer Takeda delivered a lecture titled "Frontier Seminar: Attempting Toxicity Evaluation Using AlphaFold2 for Protein Structure Prediction."
Thanks to the arrangement by this year's conference president, Dr. Satoshi Kitajima from the National Institute of Health Sciences, we were granted a new solo slot in the Frontier Seminar series.
The session was coincidentally up against a special lecture by Dr. Masafumi Yanagisawa, an authority in sleep science, which had us worried about attracting an audience. Thankfully, many attended our lecture.

It’s an honor to have had such an opportunity in this milestone 50th year. Our lab will continue to advance research at the intersection of structural science and toxicology.
